The public is welcome to attend and submit comments, but participation will be limited to District directors, consultants, and key staff. When accepted, the final strategic plan will be available for public review. The strategic plan is expected to be finalized over the next few months.

The board will also be considering several brief items at the top of the meeting: 

• 3.1           Repairs to Well 3
• 3.2           Cost of Service Analysis - basis for future rate increase
• 3.3           Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services Agreement
• 3.4           Adopt Resolution 2025-02 relating to AB 2257 establishing an independent administrative remedy that must be exhausted prior to any Proposition 218 litigation. This item is in progress at the time of posting. Please check back for this item.
