Board - Special Meeting of the Board of Directors

Special Board meeting to discuss the following items:

  • 3.1           Adopt Resolution 2026-07 Increasing the  number of directors from three to five. (Final resolution is in progress.)
  • 4.1           Closed Session - Conference with Legal Counsel

This special board meeting will be held at 6:00 pm at the District office located at 9341 Midway, Unit B, Durham CA 95938. It is expected to be brief. 

The public is reminded that the District office will be closed for staff vacation from July 6 through July 26, 2026. Please see the District website for more information.
