Office Hours

THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM JULY 6 THROUGH JULY 26, 2026. 

Please contact the Water Operator for any water emergencies at - 530-680-7079. Phone calls and email will not be monitored during this time. If there is an urgent matter, you may send at email to the board chair at matt@didwater.org. 

Payments received by mail or the drop box will be processed when the office re-opens. Cash will be accepted by staff when the office re-opens. Online payments will be processed as they are received by the credit card processing service. Meter readings and bill issuance will take place on the normal schedule before the end of the month.

The office will re-open to the public on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 12:00 pm.

Office hours: Tuesday 12:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. and Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., or by appointment. 

If you have questions about your bill or to obtain additional information, please call during these hours or leave a message and we will return your call. You may also reach us via email or through our Contact Us page.

If you wish to make a payment, you may do so Online by Clicking Here, or pay by check either by mail or by using the blue payment dropbox. 

If you need to pay your bill in cash, please call the office during our call-in hours to make appropriate arrangements.
