Proposition 218 Water Rate Public Hearing and Concurrent Regular Board Meeting

The District will hold a Public Hearing to consider and decide upon adopting proposed water rates. This hearing will be held concurrently with the District's regular board meeting. 

Date: October 15, 2025

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Location: Durham Irrigation District at 9341 Midway, Unit B, Durham CA  95938

At the conclusion of the public hearing portion of the meeting, the Board shall review and tabulate written protests regarding the proposed water rates.

Protest ballots may be delivered in person at the start of the meeting - please see the Prop 218 Notice and Objection document linked below for more specific information and for the required form.
