Proposition 218 Public Hearing to Consider Administrative Objections

UPDATE: Item 3.1 - Response to Administrative Objections summary was posted on 10/8/2025. Printed copies of this item will be available at the board meeting. 

The District will hold a Public Hearing to consider timely submitted Administrative Objections and Findings and to determine whether the scheduled Protest Hearing will go forward. 

This Public Meeting to Consider Administrative Objections will occur on:

Location:             Durham Irrigation District at 9341 Midway, Unit B, Durham CA  95938

At the conclusion of this hearing, the Board shall determine whether to proceed with the Proposition 218 Protest Hearing.
